Archival records are meant to serve as evidence of responsible governance, and in addition to their undeniable political value, they also serve as the basic component of anation's documentary heritage. Records today are history tomorrow. However, with the absence of an Archives Law in Hong Kong and the significance of keeping records being overlooked or actually not understood by people of Hong Kong, there are heightened concerns that government records would be destroyed for unjustifiable reasons and that public's rights to access well-preserved government records would be deprived of.This book in 16 chapters is based on a series of direct face-to-face interviews with different practising archivists and special librarymanagersin Hong Kong. Their conversations recorded in the book not only enable readers to understand the urgency of approving the Archives Law, but also reveal the details about their profession, as well as the richness of the local heritage that is uniquely Hong Kong.
While the role of archivists is always being confused with that of librarians, this book clarifies the function and job nature of the two professions and demonstrates the prospects they have and challenges they face. 邁入冬天，民眾喜歡揪吃火鍋。國健署今天表示，不少熱賣的火鍋加工食品潛藏健康危機，豆皮、百頁豆腐、米血糕熱量高，油脂含量驚人，常吃紀念日禮物可能致病。
衛生福利部國民健康署社區健康組長林莉茹表示，一頓吃到飽火鍋可能超過二五○○大卡熱量，相當於超過九碗白飯熱量，已遠遠超過成年人中餐或晚餐的建議熱量六○○到八○○大卡，甚至超過一整天的熱量需求（六十公斤的正常體重靜態工作者，每天建議熱量攝取為一八○○大卡）。
國健署說，吃一頓吃到飽火鍋，需爬六座一○一大樓，才能將一餐多餘的熱量消耗；脂肪攝取量超過一五○公克（約十湯匙豬油），約每日建議攝取上限六十公克（小於總熱量攝取卅％）的二?五倍；鈉攝取量也遠超出衛福部建議每日鈉建議攝取量上限的二?四倍。
林莉茹說，民眾也習慣吃加工火鍋料，但加工火鍋料多是高熱量、高脂肪含量及高鈉含量食品。常見加工火鍋料熱量前三名為豆皮、百頁豆腐、米血糕；脂肪含量前三名則是百頁豆腐、豆皮、芝麻麻吉燒。
國健署表示，若經常食用高熱量、高鈉、高油食物，可能導致肥胖、心血管疾病及相關併發症，如高血壓、動脈硬化、腦中風、狹心症及心肌梗塞等。吃火鍋也常搭配甜點、含糖飲，林莉茹說，這些食物除獨家容易引起蛀牙，還可能增加罹患糖尿病、血脂異常等代謝性疾病、甚至是罹患癌症的風險。
國健署提出吃鍋健康六招，選擇清湯，少吃麻辣、韓式鍋底；多吃高纖蔬食；少紅肉；少加工；少醬料及少甜點。

國光客運1815路線（金青中心到台北）因遭檢舉違規載客，日前無預警停止長期以來搭載短程旅客作法，引發基隆大武崙及新北市金山萬里民眾跳腳。經民代協調，基隆、新北市府都認為有實際需求，建議開放臨時路權解套。台北監理所說，接獲兩地市府同意函後，會盡速核定短途載客。
國道客運1815在麥金路沿線違規載客被檢舉後，15日公告不搭載短程，因大武崙到基隆長庚醫院公車班次有限，讓到安樂行政大樓洽公或到醫院就醫民眾不便；金山到萬里短程民眾也是一樣，怨聲四起。
基隆市議長宋瑋莉昨與議員、6名里長等協調，多名里長指該路線使用率高，多年來都搭載短程，突喊停措手不及；並指最近多班班客滿，很多到台北的通勤族搭不上車，上班上學遲到。
國光總經理吳忠錫說，過去為維護旅客手機開箱文 權益載短程，該路線每日來回320班次密度高，籲主管機關突破困難解決。議會決議建議基市府函文公路總局同意載運短程。
立委蔡適應也召開協調會增加其他客運短程載客，市府同意基隆客運R85路線21日起，增開武聖街口到富景天下社區路線，尖峰時刻配合現有790、953以及市公車505路線，希望每小時有5班車次。
蔡適應協調公路總局，考量實際狀況讓1815短程載客，解決金山、萬里及大武崙地區民眾往來長庚生活圈之乘車需求。

靜待美國聯準會（Fed）利率政策走勢，台股昨（21）日雖小漲32點，成交量再度縮至628億元，值得注意的是，外資已連9賣台股、累計賣超高達868億元，佔整體成交值比重已由前波高點的54％大幅降至25％。
前外資券商主管林照寰指出，目前全球新興市場或亞太區除日本外資金操作分兩派，一是因應母國贖回壓力而必須調節的賣壓，這也是川普贏得美國總統大選後賣超台股的主要來源，但這樣的賣壓將會逐步趨緩；二是在全球新興市場或亞太區除日本外股市內部輪動的資金，即便從台股抽走資金，其他權重較大的股市也不見得比台股好，因此，寧可拉高現金部位，這樣的現象從川普選前就已開始。
林照寰表示，國際資金進出台股動能開始減弱的主要原因，在於之前牽動國際資金外流的美國公債殖利率走揚等誘因逐漸降低，且股市之間輪動意願不足，因此，需看到市場開始預期美國公債殖利率開始走揚，才會有進出動作。
根據台新投顧統計，昨天國際資金佔台股成交量比重已由上周的逾3成降至25.19％，為11月9日以來新低。台新投顧協理黃文清表示，外資昨成交值占比與先前高點的54％，已腰斬過半，加上國內法人與散戶仍無進場意願，致使昨天台股成交量僅有628億元。
元大投顧資深副總杜富蓉指出，國際資金11月來共賣超台股1,025億元，近期賣超金額轉趨縮減，台股退守半年線，由於動能力道仍嫌不足，盤面上，轉由類股輪動，具有低本益比、獲利成長，法人增值概念仍為選股要件。
隨著時序進入11月下旬，外資圈也開始著手評估明年台股展望，根據摩根大通證券台股策略分析師哈戈谷（Gokul Hariharan）的預估，明年台股企業獲利成長率為9.1％、低於外資圈預估平均值的10.4％，合理指數高點為9,600點。
哈戈谷表示，全球貿易戰不確定性是明年台股最大風險，建議避開跟全球貿易有關的標的、布局對象以內需為主，看好標的：聯詠、穩懋、中壽、兆豐金控、百和等5檔。
